Starting from a blank sheet of paper or your existing product we can develop design concepts that meet and exceed your design brief. We use pen and paper, PTC Creo, Fusion 360, Keyshot and the DEA Swift CMM to build your idea into a working concept and prototype.

Engineering Design
Armed with an approved concept we can continue the detailed mechanical engineering of your product using the engineering, simulation and production tools at our disposal.

Manufacturing
Upon completion of one or more rounds of prototypes and approval of the final design we can move into the manufacturing stages. This stage can also involve third party vendor management, assembly and test and packaging and distribution as required.
We also offer product customisation and lifecycle management services to ensure you never miss a sales opportunity and that your product remains effective and competitive throughout its projected lifecycle.
